How your lead credit works

1. Recharge your account. Select the A$1,499 A$999 offer. A$999 is added as lead credit.
2. Choose how to accept. Review available lead details and price manually, or enable auto-accept for matching leads under your selected settings.
3. Pay per accepted lead. The applicable price is deducted from your available credit each time a lead is accepted.

Example: At A$22 per lead, A$999 covers 45 accepted leads and leaves A$9. This is an illustration, not a fixed lead price or guaranteed quantity.

Offer terms & conditions

1. Credit use: The A$999 recharge is for ServiceTasker leads only. Credit cannot be withdrawn as cash or used for website upgrades, renewals or other services.
2. Credit expiry: Credit is valid for 12 months from the recharge date unless a longer period is required by law. The expiry date will appear in your recharge confirmation. Unused balance expires at the applicable expiry date.
3. Refunds: No change-of-mind refunds. Refunds and other remedies required by law remain available.
4. Availability and results: Lead prices and availability vary by services, locations and customer demand. No minimum volume, booking, completed job or revenue is guaranteed.
5. Auto-accept: Enabling auto-accept authorises automatic acceptance and charging of matching leads under your selected settings and available credit.
6. Promotional guarantee: ServiceTasker's separate Genuine Customer Guarantee promotion is not included. This does not remove statutory rights.
7. Website scope: Up to five basic pages, mobile-friendly design, text and image editing access, and two revision rounds. E-commerce, booking systems, custom applications and advanced functionality require a separate quote.
8. Branding and profiles: One logo concept with two revision rounds, basic colours and fonts, and listed social profile setup.
9. Domain and hosting: One available standard domain and hosting are included for 12 months. Renewals after the included period cost extra.
10. Delivery and customer materials: Delivery timing will be agreed in writing before payment. The customer must provide accurate business information, content, images and required approvals.
11. Ownership and access: Domain registration, website and logo ownership, third-party licences, account access and transfer restrictions will be confirmed in writing before payment.
12. Additional services: Maintenance, ongoing SEO, advertising, posting, videos, extra revisions and work outside scope are excluded unless separately agreed.
13. Price and legal rights: All amounts are in Australian dollars. GST treatment and total payable will be disclosed before payment. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
